Doing this test be as honest and sincere with yourself as possible.

Answer the following questions:

1) Which are the three main feelings that you have about:

Yourself;

– Your partner or whoever is closest to you;

– Others in general;

– Which are the three most important things that you:

– Are concerned about in this time of your life;

– Regret most having done in the past;

– Have some hopes or expectations about in the future;

– Have any worry, hesitations or misgivings about;

Are happy about yourself;

Are happy about in your life;

Are happy about in your relationships.

After you have answered these questions and written it down put it aside for at least a day then re-examine them again to see in which measure they correspond to the truth of your inner being and the real direction of your soul.

In the case that you do not find much to be changed in what you have originally written down, look at it once more.

b) Questionnaire

Please answer as sincerely and truthfully as possible, otherwise there isn’t much point in doing this.

How often, or not often, do you:

– Insist that you are right

without even considering the possibility that you might not be after all?

– Become upset

if someone criticizes something that you did or said?

– Are unable to admit being wrong

even when you are know that you have been?

– Have a tendency to control others?

– Need the approval, respect and consideration of someone else

In order to feel comfortable and serene?

– Feel that you have lost your personal power

in some areas of your life, and this case which ones?

– Get depressed, sad, despondent

or are subject to nervous exhaustion?

– Allow yourself to become angry

or resentful towards anyone?

For each of the above questions evaluate

to which extent you do that on a scale from 0 to 100, and then sum all results up.

– If your total is less than 200, congratulations,

you are way above the average, but keep working on it.

– If the total is between 200 and 400

you really need to heal various levels of your being.

– Above 400 you have a desperate need,

much more than you can possibly imagine right now,

to emerge from such a dismal state just like if you

were drowning in a sea of mud.

c) Please answer the following questions

as concisely and accurately as possible:

1) Which is the most important thing in your life right now?

– Why?

– Have you considered that there may be

something much more important that you may have ignored so far?

2) To which extent are you satisfied or unsatisfied

with yourself and your present life?

– Why?

– If there is anything essential that you feel is missing from your life?

– What is it?

– What are you going to do about it?

– How do you think that others see you?

– How do you see yourself?

3) How do you deal with fear, if you are ever subject to it?

– Denial, trying to ignore it.

– Becoming aggressive.

– Getting depressed.

– Hopelessness, despair.

– Seeking help from others

before considering what you can do about it yourself.

Then calmly evaluate your situation to determine

what you can effectively do about it.

d)

1) Evaluate on a scale from 0 to 100, to which extent are you able to:

– Fully express all your feelings on every level;

– Accept the necessary changes in your life

even if you have an attachment to something as it has always been;

2) Write concisely, not using more than two lines each,

what the following terms mean to you personally, avoiding as much as possible the general dictionary definition:

Death

………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Evil

………………………………………………………………………………………………………

God

………………………………………………………………………………………………..……

I

………………………………………………………………………………………………..…

Love

………………………………………………………………………………………………..…

Peace

………………………………………………………………………………………………..…

Mind

………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Sex

………………………………………………………………………………………………..……

Truth

………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Then look at what you wrote from a deeper level of yourself.

E)

Write at least three answers in order of priority to the perennial Question: “Why am I here on earth?”

– Write for five minutes without thinking, without editing it,

about what comes to you naturally and spontaneously.

Write it as if walking in an unknown road.

Write something about your different parts or personalities

as if they were someone else than you: who are they, what is their real nature, what they want…

– Then look afresh to what you have written

with a silent mind.

4) Write down everything that you want to record of your life,

or what you feel it is important in it in no more than ten minutes imagining that afterwards everything that you have not recorded will be forgotten forever and ever.

– Then look at what you have written

and consider whether those were really the most important things, and why you have not included those that will come to your mind as you look at it afresh.

– Do the same thing as above,

but this time use only three minutes to do it.

5) Imagine that you are going to die by the end of the day:

write your autobiography without taking the time to choose amongst all that comes to your mind, spontaneously, but without using more than half a page.

– Then look at it: what does it tell you?

6) Strive to become aware of the Divine present

in each cell your body:

FEEL IT
